This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Vision8 (also referred to as “Visionate,” and collectively, the “App”).

By using Vision8, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

a. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Password (encrypted)
  • Profile photo
  • Bio or other profile details
     

b. User-Generated Content

We may collect and store any content you post or create within the App, including:

  • Text posts
  • Images and videos
  • Comments
  • Likes, shares, bookmarks, and other interactions
  • Prompts submitted for AI content generation
     

c. Device and Usage Data

The data we may automatically collect includes:

  • IP address
  • Device ID and hardware model
  • Operating system and browser type
  • Language preferences
  • App version
  • App usage activity and interaction patterns
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data
     

d. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and advertising identifiers for:

  • Session management

e. Advertising and Analytics

  • Ad views and clickthrough data

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent - for sending marketing or showing personalized ads
  • Contract - to provide you with App features
  • Legitimate interest - fraud prevention, analytics, security
  • Legal obligation - when required by law enforcement or courts
     

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: cloud hosting, ad networks, analytics tools, and other services
  • Legal Authorities: when required to comply with the law or protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active.

Upon account deletion, we remove:

  • All posts, images, comments, and other content you uploaded
  • All account profile information
  • Associated activity data

The references to deletion above do not apply to prompts, AI-generated videos or other AI-generated content created by the App. Such AI-generated content remains the property of Abstract Technologies, LLC and may be retained by us even after your account is deleted.  

Certain limited information may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes (e.g. abuse investigation).

 

6. Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information
  • Delete your account and associated data (which does not include any AI-generated content created by the App, which remains the property of Abstract Technologies, LLC) through the in-app settings
  • Control ad preferences, where applicable
  • Contact us with questions or complaints at support@abstractechnologies.com
  • Request a copy of your data by writing to us in the “Write to us” section of the app settings  

Deleted accounts result in the removal of your personal data except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., abuse investigations), and subject to applicable legal obligations. Deleted data will not include any AI-generated videos or other content created by the App, which remains the property of Abstract Technologies, LLC.

 

7. Data Security

We implement strong technical and organizational measures:

  • Encrypted storage of sensitive data
  • Access controls and audit logs
  • Vulnerability assessments
     

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

 

8. Children's Privacy

Vision8 is not intended for children under 13, or older if required by local laws in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect, retain, or store personal data from children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction. If we become aware that such data has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take immediate steps to delete the information in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

 

9. International Users

By using Vision8, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may be less strict than in your country of residence.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Major changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
